Recently I had the unpleasant experience to have a toilet malfunction, which flooded my house and did a lot of damage.  I called Spivey Insurance to report the incident.  They were very prompt in notifying their insurance adjuster Cathy Buck who in turn notified Luis Albiza of Alcorp.  Within the same day Luis and Cathy both showed up to work on the damage and come up with an estimate. 

In a very short period of time the damage was accessed, estimates were provided and equipment was in place to dry out the house.  Very shortly in a matter of a couple of days the house was ready to have new carpet installed, as it was totally dried out with the equipment Luis supplied.  He took the time to stop by several times a day to check on the situation.  His great customer service attitude sure helped us to live with a nasty situation.

The carpet was ordered and the installation began.  They did a great job and the guys were great that did the installation.  They were very helpful in reorganizing the house as well.
